Enjoyed creating some tasty, yet simple eats on yesterday for lunch and dinner :)
Photo 1 (Lunch for myself): vegetable soup, vegan 'ham' wrap (Lightlife) and a fruit cup
Photo 2 (Dinner for my husband): vegan sesame 'beef' tips, mixed vegetables, white rice and red grapes
Dinner fit for a king, as my husband is simply the GREATEST, just like his wife ;-)
