VegOut4Life Update Follow Up ;-)

All cheers as I made vegetarian corn dogs & announced we'd do vegetarian as opposed to all vegan. 7 yr old added, "I was born vegetarian" :)

Kids r priceless! Greatest part about it is she's rt. All of our children have ALWAYS been vegetarian in some form or another (raw, vegan...).

And they all love the fact that they now get to have their favorite vegetarian eats again w/o being limited to just vegan. I'm #StressFree

All who have been following my journey as a vegetarian for over a decade, THANK U for all ur love & support! It's a pleasure to assist u! <3

Relieving stress vegetarian style ;-) ~ Green Apple Lemonade, Hash browns loaded w/ veggies, etc. #Meatless #IHOP


!!!Important VegOut4Life Diet Update!!!

Last night I had only 2 hours of sleep.  My muscles are very tight, and I spent the entire night in thought.  I was informed the muscle tightness is stress induced.  In light of everything, today I'm working on changing my life by eliminating as many stresses as possible.  The first stress I've decide to eliminate is that of battling to maintain this type of Vegetarian diet or that.  To simply put it, our family will return back to a Vegetarian consisting of whatever form we choose at any given meal setting as opposed to aiming to fit in a category of Vegan, Raw Vegan, Fruitarian.....!

For those following www.VegOut4Life.com, I will be updating site to reflect our diet change from vegan back to Vegetarian in upcoming days!

Thank you all whom have taken our many journeys with us as well journeyed from Vegetarian to Vegan to Raw Vegan to Fruitarian..... and back again! ;-)

It's been a pleasure to assist and get to know you all!  I look forward to VeggingOut4Life with you even the more in the future!

Diet will be predominantly vegan, however, it's more convenient for our entire family at this time to focus on vegetarian as opposed to making sure everything is vegan!
